Members of the Provo Wine Club got into the holiday spirit, celebrating this month’s meeting with bubbly and a bit of shopping. Hosted by Jai’s in the Regent Village, the Dec. 6 evening soirée offered a fun holiday atmosphere with lots of mixing and mingling. “Every month’s event is an experience,” organizer Murad Mohamad told the fp. The more than 200 member strong club hosts its monthly meetings
in a variety of locations from restaurant to villas and this month in a jewelry shop.
“We were proud to host this month’s Provo Wine Club meeting in our store because it gives us a chance to help people get into the holiday spirit,” said Jai Tolani, store owner. Guests also had the chance to try tasty nibbles from Garam Marsala and bubbly sponsored by Moet and Chandon. Belverde Vodka also offered an orange cocktail as an aperitif.
The Provo Wine Club has been growing in membership by 10 percent each year, said Mohamad. Members of the club receive 10-percent discounts on all wines, including bottles at the Wine Cellar, discounts, special offers and discounted tickets to the monthly special events.
